I understand that I acquire no rights to an apartment until I sign an agreement in the form submitted to me and make a deposit of
$100.00 - $150.00 on the apartment I have selected. This deposit will be held in accordance with the rental agreement. In return for the landlord’s holding the apartment for me, I hereby waive all rights to the return of this deposit. The deposit will be held as liquidated damages in the event that I do not choose to enter into the agreement applied for herein. Экстренная помощь (Обращения в случае неполадок с водоснабжением, поломки кондиционера, необходимости открыть дверь из-за потерянного ключа и поменять замок итд) доступна круглосуточно 7 дней в неделю.

Находятся апартаменты напротив шопинг-центра с кафе и магазинами (в.т.ч. Уолмарт и магазинами одежды), библиотеки и колледжа.

1 миля до фривэя, 3 мили до Медоувс Молла, 7 миль до центра и улицы Стрип.

Апартаменты отличаются наличием разнообразных планировок, просторностью, наличием комфортабельного бассейна и прачечной с большим количеством оборудования (доступ только для проживающих, выдается ключ).

Возможны скидки  для постоянно проживающих.

Домашние питомцы приветствуются - даже больших размеров.

(Есть ограничение по породам и необходимо внести залог на случай порчи имущества).
